Cancelled Order

Yesterday I ACCIDENTALLY made an order. I was about to purchase a pair of shorts until I was about to check out and saw the total price for the item + delivery (almost $200 CAD) - absolutely insane.

I accidentally clicked confirm. As soon as I accidentally hit that button, I immediately tried cancelling it - I'm sure you can see that through my email that I sent out yesterday or through my account.

Today, I received a call from FedEx saying that they have an ASRV package that requires an additional $68 CAD in duties and fees!

I do NOT want this package and I am not paying these fees. I am requesting that you give me my money back.

I will never buy clothing from this company ever again. They are a rip off. And when the package doesn't get delivered to you, you can't get ahold of any customer service and they will fight to not give you a refund or anything to help find a resolution. It's a too bad so sad. I will never deal with this company ever again and I recommend you beware from buying from this company because for the price you pay, you should at least get some kind of better service for what you're paying

WATCH OUT - FRAUDULENT GUARANTEE I purchased a pair of shorts from ASRV. After receiving them, I instantly realized that the product was not the quality I expected. I went online and went through their return process and paid for a return shipping label. I sent the product back - it was never opened - and still had its original tags on it and in its plastic bag. I sent it back the day after I received it. They just sent it back to me with no note, but after sending them an email they claimed "smelled like it had been worn." This is a ludicrous claim, I never even fully removed it from its bag! I checked the BBB website and found 11 other IDENTICAL complaints showing that this is their standard practice to avoid honoring their return policy. This company is a SCAM and should be avoided at all costs.
